What was the process during the preliminary selection?

The trainee preliminary consisted of an introductory talk about professional stuff. They promised to contact me

with news in due course. They did, and they were excellent news, indeed!

What was the trainee Program like?

It was phenomenal in every aspect. I learnt an enormous amount from people who work in the industry on a daily basis – and you can see that in the way they think. I was part of an enthusiastic team

and I could participate in the daily life of an extraordinarily successful IT business. This helped me develop my soft skills no end.

I’d recommend it to guys with a strong basic knowledge of IT, who can learn fast and adapt to new and evolving challenges, work well in teams

and can speak English.

I first came across LogMeIn when I was around 13 or 14. I was that neighborhood kid who could fix the computer.

I used LogMeIn Pro so I could remotely access machines.

The process was this: e-mail, phone call, Skype interview, personal interview. What they promised: technical development,

finding out about start up culture, flexible schedule and a competitive trainee salary.

What was the trainee Program like?

I really liked it, because I learnt a lot of new things that I missed at university. Later this knowledge became really helpful when I started to work full time. The mentoring program

was the best thing. Having a dedicated developer at your side during the program was priceless.
